My dr. put me on antidepressants because they help with hot flashes, but I weaned off of them recently because I heard they can age your face. Anyway if anyone personally knows of anything that can help please let me know. And is it safe?!

This site may help you. Most of the herbs that i know of if taken correctly are beneficial.
