Think of all the people in Asian countries who eat soy multiple times a day. The people who live the longest have always been from China or Japan. It is clearly because of their diet. If you are really worried about your diet effecting your thyroid I woudl suggest that you look into the Raw Food diet. It is incredibly healthy. One website is WeLikeItRaw.com (very informative).
