Ways & Foods to Increase a Woman’s Level of Estrogen and Testosterone?

I already use natural progesterone cream that has been recommended by Dr. John Lee. I still feel that I need something else to help me feel better and to help me get my drive back. Thanks for any foods, etc. that I can eat or get to try. I’m 48 and just starting on the road to menopause.

    Soy products contain estrogen, thats all I know of.

    er, HRT maybe, you dont need testosterone you need progesterone… you can get more estrogen from soya.

    I saw a great blog post from a doctor about herbs in menopause. Check the February 2, 2008 post at this link:
    Also, I don’t know if any of these herbs can be helpful for testosterone.
