I have found that huge amounts - 'way more than the MDR - of B12 really helps and I just recently bought Relacore on the recommendation of a friend who said it truly helps him. I notice that Relacore has huge amounts of several of the B vitamins, among other things. Relacore presents itself as a stress reliever and while I don't consider myself highly stressed as a rule, I know that when I do get stressed the memory thing worsens. And I know it helps me to work my brain - I read constantly and I play a mean game of Scrabble. Lists and notes are imperative for me ...
